  • Job Description

    • Oversee a team up to 4 employees at a time. Oversee performance on a daily basis, take corrective action where necessary to ensure flow and function of South Swell, as well as work as a dipper during their shift.

    • Organize and ensure that employees perform duties and delegated tasks to the highest standard during their scheduled shift.

    • Complete opening/closing processes

    • Overall, our supervisor will carry out shop operations productively. The supervisor's job will be to ensure customer satisfaction and growth while maintaining a fun, clean, and safe environment.

South Swell Dipper

  • Experience and Qualifications:

    • Deeply understands and loves the South Swell customer and brand

    • Builds relationships with community and is a natural when it comes to communication with customers as well as peers

    • Responsive to feedback

    • Knows the current trends and how to inspire customers to have the fullest South Swell experience

    • Takes initiative without hesitation

    • Has basic POS (point of sales) knowledge

    • Has basic social media knowledge that works in harmony with the South Swell brand and community philosphy

    • Loves ice cream

    • Initiate conversation and interacts with customers and community in natural and authentic, personalized way

    • Utilize technology to enhance customer experience

    • Dip a damn good ice cream bar

    • Share advice and product knowledge with customer

    • Keep stockroom, counters, glass, toppings and bathroom clean and tidy space at all times

    • Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt

    • Collaborates with management and contributes to team in a positive, helpful, and respectful way

    • Keep toppings well-stocked throughout the day

    • Know what is selling well and report to management
